6,800 people managers worldwide discussed the company’s Leadership Principles in around 350 workshops. They exchanged experiences and ideas about leadership at Henkel across all businesses and functions.

At the workshops, participants also discussed the impact of good team leadership on employee performance. The intensive dialog prompted self-reflection among our managers and embedded the Principles more strongly.
